Terms and conditions

Existing clients of the brokerage of Scalable Capital GmbH ("Scalable Capital") may recommend the brokerage to new clients in accordance with these terms and conditions.

A. Recommendation of a brokerage securities account

Reward for a successful brokerage securities account recommendation: EUR 25.00.

A successful recommendation of a brokerage securities account requires:

• Existing Scalable Capital clients share their individual invitation link with their friends (“Existing Client”).
• New clients of Scalable Capital open their first brokerage securities account via the invitation link (prerequisite for opening a brokerage securities account is a successful identification via Deutsche Post AG or via Fourthline B.V. The identification options for clients are dependent on the client’s place of residence. There must be no objective reasons against acceptance as a client), (“New Client”).
• The New Client remains a client, with a positive cash balance, of the corresponding brokerage securities account, for 6 months after successful opening. In addition, the New Client has one or more trades executed with a total traded volume of min. EUR 250.00 in the form of savings plan executions or purchase orders, within 6 months after successful opening of a brokerage securities account.

Participation in the practice of a trade or for commercial purposes is excluded. The Existing Client must ensure that the invitation is sent only to persons who agree to receive it. If the New Client does not remain a client of the corresponding brokerage securities account for 6 months after the successful opening or does not complete the required trades in the form of savings plan executions or purchase orders within 6 months after the successful opening of a brokerage securities account, the reward entitlement shall lapse.

The reward will be paid out by Scalable Capital to the clearing account of the Existing Client, normally after 6 months. As a prerequisite for the payout, the New Client must have fulfilled the terms and conditions.

The reward may be withheld or reclaimed in the event that Scalable Capital considers, in its reasonable opinion, that the participant has breached and/or acted contrary to these terms and conditions. Scalable Capital reserves the right to satisfy clawback claims (e.g. in case of forfeiture of the bonus or violation of these terms and conditions of participation) from the clearing account (belonging to the relevant securities account) and it is entitled to instruct the custodian bank to make the corresponding payments. This also applies in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of attempted manipulation, broadcasting/distributing on public/private mediums, untrue information, in particular about the client's own person, the violation of legal provisions and/or the rights of third parties.

The Existing Client is entitled to receive a maximum of 10 rewards in the amount of EUR 25.00 each. As a clarification, the number of referrals is unlimited while the maximum amount the Existing Client may receive within this brokerage securities account refer a friend program is EUR 250.00, regardless of the number of referrals made.
