Client Success is the first point of contact for clients. We are responsible for handling client requests by phone, chat and email. However, we not only respond to clients after an issue has occurred, we also try to proactively anticipate and address needs before our customers ever reach out. Thereby we closely collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to improve the client experience with our products.

Erik has many years of experience in finance and in building digital business models. He was most recently responsible for the German business of Westwing Home & Living as Co-CEO. Previously, Erik worked for seven years as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt. There he looked after financial institutions in the area of capital investments and was responsible for an electronic trading platform. Erik studied business administration and economics in Kiel and Warwick and taught as a tutor in statistics and econometrics.
Florian worked in finance for over eight years in New York, Frankfurt and most recently in London. As an executive director in securities trading at Goldman Sachs, he supported the development of a pan-European electronic trading platform for private investors. Prior to that, he worked for the American bank, looking after private banks and asset managers in Germany and Austria. Florian studied business administration and electronics at the Technical University of Munich.

Our HQ is in Munich, a vibrant European city that’s a growing tech hub. When you’re not working, you can try surfing the famous “Eisbach Welle” around the corner from our office or get to a ski slope in about 45 min.

Our office is located in Prenzlauer Berg which is a vibrant and historically rich district in Berlin, known for its unique blend of old-world charm and modern urban life. Located in the northeastern part of the city, it has transformed into one of Berlin’s most desirable areas.
London
If your position is based in London, you'll be working out of Shoreditch, the trendy neighbourhood known for its bustling startup scene, in one of the beautiful offices of "The Boutique Workplace Company".

Our office is located at the Startup Center (Co-working space) of Schloss Schönbrunn. This baroque palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its magnificent gardens and historic architecture.
