INVESTMENT RISKS
Potential investors should assess the risks described below and in the fund's Key Information Document (KID) and prospectus, which are available at www.amundietf.com.

RISK OF CAPITAL LOSS - ETFs are replication instruments. Their risk profile is similar to that of a direct investment in the underlying index. Investors are fully exposed to the risk of capital loss and may not recover the amount initially invested.

UNDERLYING RISK - The underlying index of an ETF may be complex and volatile. For example, ETFs exposed to Emerging Markets carry a higher risk of potential loss than those investing in Developed Markets, as they are exposed to many of the unpredictable risks inherent in these markets.

REPLICATION RISK - The fund's objectives may not be achieved if unexpected events occur in the underlying markets and have an impact on the index calculation and operational replication of the fund.

COUNTERPARTY RISK - Investors are exposed to risks arising from the use of over-the-counter (OTC) swaps or securities lending with the respective counterparty(ies). The counterparties are credit institutions whose names can be found on the amundietf.com website. In accordance with UCITS regulations, exposure to the counterparty may not exceed 10% of the fund's total assets.

CURRENCY RISK - An ETF may be exposed to currency risk if it is denominated in a currency other than that of the components of the underlying index it replicates. Fluctuations in exchange rates may therefore have a positive or negative impact on performance.

LIQUIDITY RISK - There is a risk associated with the markets to which the ETF is exposed. The price and value of investments are linked to the liquidity risk of the components of the underlying index. Investments may go down as well as up. In addition, on the secondary market, liquidity is provided by market makers operating on the exchanges where the ETFs are listed. On the exchanges, liquidity may be limited as a result of a suspension of the underlying market represented by the underlying index replicated by the ETF, an error in the systems of one of the relevant exchanges or other market makers, or a market situation or exceptional event.

VOLATILITY RISK - The ETF is exposed to changes in the volatility of the main markets represented in the underlying index. The value of an ETF may change rapidly and unpredictably, and may experience large fluctuations, both upwards and downwards.
CONCENTRATION RISK - Thematic ETFs select equities or bonds for their portfolio from their initial benchmark. When the selection rules are extended, the portfolio may be more concentrated and the risk spread over a smaller number of securities than the initial benchmark.

Any investment in a Fund involves significant risks (for more information on risks, see the DIC and the prospectus). Past performance is no guide to future performance. Investment returns and the principal value of an investment in the Funds or any other investment product may go down as well as up and may result in the loss of the capital originally invested. Investors are advised to seek professional advice before making any investment decision in order to determine the risks associated with the investment and its suitability.
It is the investor's responsibility to ensure that his investment complies with the applicable legislation, and to check that it is suitable for his investment objectives and asset situation (particularly from a tax point of view).
Please note that the management company may waive the arrangements made for the marketing of the Fund's units/shares in an EU Member State or the United Kingdom for which it has made a notification.
